How We Review Casinos

We do not review casinos from screenshots or press releases. Before a review is published, we register a real account, deposit real money, claim the welcome offer exactly as a new customer would, play across the library, request a withdrawal, and contact customer support with genuine questions. Where a casino has a mobile app, we test it on real devices.
Reviews record what actually happened: whether the bonus credited as advertised, how long the withdrawal took from request to arrival, and how support responded. Where our experience contradicts the operator's marketing, we say so.
Every casino is scored against the same seven categories. Each review displays its scorecard, so you can see not just the overall star rating but where a casino earns and loses its marks.
The overall star rating is an editorial judgement weighted by what matters most to players: bonus fairness, payout speed and trust weigh heaviest. It is not a mechanical average, which is why a casino can score well in five categories and still lose a star to slow withdrawals or weak support.
We only review casinos holding an active UK Gambling Commission licence, verified against the UKGC public register before publication and re-checked when reviews are updated. Offshore and grey-market operators are never listed, whatever the commercial terms on offer.
Welcome offers, bonus codes and key terms are re-verified against the live operator pages monthly, and every review and bonus code page carries the date it was last checked. When an operator changes an offer between our checks, the operator's own terms always take precedence: we link to them from every offer we describe.
Casino Site Reviews is funded by affiliate commissions: if you join a casino through our links, we may be paid. Commissions never buy ratings. Casinos cannot pay to improve a score, and a casino that pays us nothing is assessed identically to one that does. Where we have negotiated exclusive offers, that relationship is labelled on the page. Our full affiliate disclosure explains the arrangements in detail.
When a casino's performance changes, so does its rating. Kwiff's 3/5 rating alongside its presence in our top 10 is the working example: we list it because the sportsbook is genuinely distinctive, and we score its casino honestly.
If an offer on this site no longer matches what an operator is running, tell us and we will fix it.
